Importance of Installation by the Pro’s
Installing a Pool Table takes months of On-the-job-training, as no two tables are the same. Installing a Pool Table takes precision detail and experience before mastering the craft. A level playing surface is the key to an accurate and playable Pool Table and a seasoned installer is the key. Even with the most detailed instructions and video’s, it is not recommended to Install your Pool Table without an experienced Installer. With this said, we definitely recommend that you use a local installer or purchase “White Glove Installation”.
White Glove Installation
White Glove Installation means we will handle and coordinate every aspect of the Delivery & Install of your Pool Table. We will ship the table directly to the installer and/or local terminal where we will coordinate with the Installation team to pick-up and deliver to your home. The installation team will coordinate a date & time with you that is convenient for both parties to bring the table to your home and get your table ready for your first game of Pool on your New Pool Table.
Advantages to White Glove Installation
– The installer handles all boxes, crates & slate.
– The installer will inspect the pool table, slate & parts for any damage.
– The installer will contact you to schedule delivery & install on a day that works for both parties.
We do ask that you are present during install for placement of the Pool Table and to sign off that the table has been installed to your satisfaction.
All packaging materials are the responsibility of the customer to recycle and/or dispose of.
White Glove Installation only applies to the Pool Table. All other accessories and/or furniture items are the responsibility of the customer to assemble/build.
Professional Installation
Should you decide to go with “Professional Installation” rather than “White Glove Installation”, your order will be delivered to your home via curbside LTL carrier. Once the order arrives at your home, we will have the installer reach out to schedule a mutual agreed upon day and time to install your Pool Table. Main difference with “Professional” vs. “White Glove” is that the table ships directly to the customer rather than to the installer.
Free Shipping with No Installation
Your order will be delivered to your home via curbside LTL carrier. You will be responsible for signing off with the driver that the order is free of damage and if there is damage, properly notating the Delivery Receipt. (See “Shipping and Receiving” link for additional details) You will also be responsible for getting the order from the truck (curbside) into your home, locating an installer and coordinating the appointment. Our Pool Tables and Shuffleboards have several heavy components that you will most certainly want help with. This is where luring your friends with Pizza and drinks comes in handy.
NOTE: If you decide to forego White Glove or Professional Installation, Imagine That Pool Tables will not be responsible for damage or issues with the install. Repairing and/or replacing parts of the Pool Table can be very expensive. Unless you are a certified pool table installer, we highly recommend choosing White Glove Installation. If you or your chosen installer damage the table or assemble the table incorrectly, the warranty will be void.
